Before starting the program, determined intensity pain VAS (Visual Analogue Scale), paraesthesias (NSIP: numerical scale paraesthesia intensity) location paraesthesias. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was used to objectify extent hernia, spinal cord compression, pressure acting dural sac. Patients completed -week consisting only patterns closed kinematic chain. At end outcome values underwent control MRI within 2 weeks at latest. all showed statistically significant reduction (p = 0.005), 0.006). sac reduced patients. One had partial intervertebral hernia by 35.7 %. None change root compression. Conventional therapy should focus influencing that appear correlate We dare argue is not sign primary recovery phase symptoms.
